Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on June 23 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
            SENATE BILL NO. 58 "An Act allowing an                                                                              
            insurer to cancel an insurance policy if property                                                                   
            becomes entirely abandoned and the                                                                                  
            abandonment increases the hazard insured
